D1	Beijing/ Shanghai/ Xian/ Chengdu flight to Lhasa ( 80km, asphalt road, 3595m,  15£­19¡ãC)	Diren Hotel
	Arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. Tibet guide will pick you from airport to Lhasa city. Rest in hotel. Overnight in Lhasa.
D2	Lhasa city tour	Doren  Hotel
	Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhour Market. Overnight in Lhasa.
D3	Lhasa city tour	Diren Hotel
	Morning time visit Drepung Monastery, then afternoon to Sera Monastery. Overnight in Lhasa.
D4	Lhasa- Namtso Lake ( 250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 4178m, 5-15¡ãC)	Namtso Tent guest house
	In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from hotel's lobby, then we leave from Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge Changtang grassland  and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Pass by Nagchu Town. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake. Overnight around Namtso.
D5	Namtso lake- Yangpachen hotspring- Yamdrotso Lake- Shigatse(500km, 5hours driving)	Shigatse Hotel
	Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake, on the way to Gyantse , you will have a chance enjoy the hot-spring at Yangbachen. Then pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Arrive at Shigatse.
D6	Shigatse- Gyantse- Shigatse- Tingri( 440km, 5 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition)	Everest Hotel
	Morning time drive to Gyantse to visit Gyantse Kumbum, far view of Gyantse Dzong. Then driving back to Shigatse. After lunch visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447, spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. After lunch driving along with Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then arrive at Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp.  Overnight at Tingri.
D7	Tingri- Rongphu Monastery-  Evrest Base Camp- Tingri ( 320km, 8hours drving, Rough road, 4980m, 3£­8¡ãC)	Everest Hotel
	Early in the moring 07:00am driving from Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. During this route,you can have a chance glimpse of 4 mountain which is 8000m high or more,such as:Mt. Lhotse(8516m),Mt. Everest(8848m),Mt. Qowowuyag(8201m),Mt Mayalu(8463m). Then arrive at Rongphu Monastery. At Rongphu Monastery view to Mt. Everest it¡¯s fabulous and splendid.After walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It's interesting and much more warm, but hard to breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then late in the afternoon around 16:00pm go down from E.B.C back to Tingri. Overnight in Tingri.
D8	Tingri- Lhatse- Shigatse- Lhasa( 580km, 6 hours,  asphalt road in good condition)	Diren Hotel
	After with the good rest for whole nights at Tingri, driving back with the Friend-ship Highway back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa.
D9	Lhasa airport or train station dropping off
	Drop off and end the trip.
